90 Day Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 90 days of delivery at support@cubag.co.nz and we will arrange collection and a full refund at no cost to you.
The following conditions apply:
Applies to 800kg, 1m³ and 1 Ton bulk bags regularly stocked website products on free delivery orders only. Does not apply to custom freight, outer area, out of zone or hiab deliveries, special order products, carryable (small) handy bags, 0.25m³ or 0.5m³ bags, or quantities over 4m³. Applies to full unopened bags only - does not apply to bags that have been opened, had product extracted, or where product has already been tipped out or spread.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cubag.co.nz with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Contact us as soon as possible at support@cubag.co.nz.
Refunds
All refunds are GST inclusive and credited back to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
